Hello and welcome to the beautiful Lake Norman area.  Thank you for visiting my website!  I moved here in 1975.  The first thing I noticed were the people, they are so nice, so sincere.  At that time, Lake Norman was a community of weekenders.  Boy, has it grown.  Lake Norman now encompasses several small towns - Terrell , Denver , Troutman , Cornelius , Davidson , Huntersville and Mooresville .  There’s something for everyone.  From townhomes, waterfront condos, mid-size homes all the way up to that waterfront luxury estates.  And affordability?  Well, most home prices range from $175,000 to over $5 Million.  Ideally located, Lake Norman is two hours from the Blue Ridge Mountain of NC and four hours from Myrtle Beach, SC and four and a half hours from Hilton Hill Island.

 Lake Norman is a life style.  The area provides easy access to all the goods and services of a major metropolitan area but without the hectic pace.  From boating, fishing and skiing, Lake Norman has much to offer.  There are lots of shops, restaurants, historical sites, art exhibits, museums and more!  The nearby town of Concord is home of the Lowes Motor Speedway where you’ll find NASCAR racing, celebrities and speed shops to support them.
